Das Project Management Team (PMT) ist das Verwaltungsorgan für das Tagesgeschäft, das für die Verbindung zwischen den lokalen Partnern und dem Steering Committee zuständig ist. Das PMT agiert auf der technischen Ebene, während das Steering Committee für die strategische Ebene verantwortlich ist.

Ziel des PMT ist es, die korrekte und rechtzeitige Durchführung des Projekts durch alle Partner zu gewährleisten und Input für die strategische Ausrichtung des Projekts zu liefern, indem es diese Themen für das Steering Committee vorbereitet und die Planung, Durchführung, Bewertung und Kosteneffizienz der Projektaktivitäten überwacht.

Jeder Partner und alle WP-Leiter:innen berichten regelmäßig an das PMT über die laufenden Aktivitäten.

Die PMT-Sitzungen, die von der Universität Straßburg geleitet werden, setzen sich aus den acht Projektverantwortlichen, den WP-Leiter:innen (falls unterschiedlich) und dem oder der  strategischen Koordinator:in zusammen.
